Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how a Customer can receive a refund for paid Session Packages on Ritorika (the "Website"). It should be read together with the Terms of Service. If there is a discrepancy between this Policy and the Terms of Service regarding the refund procedure, this Policy applies.

1. Payment Service and Payment Processing

Payment for the Services is made through the WayForPay payment service or another payment service available on the Website. The Provider is the direct seller of the Services, and the payment service only technically processes the payment and is not a party to the agreement between the Customer and the Provider.

The decision to grant a refund is made by the Provider in accordance with this Policy. The actual transfer of funds is carried out by the payment service in accordance with its rules and technical capabilities.

The Provider does not store the Customer's full payment card details on its own servers.

2. General Provisions

Ritorika sells Session Packages — a specified number of individual online sessions, rather than a subscription for a fixed period. A paid Package entitles the holder to the relevant number of sessions during the period established by the Terms of Service.

Refunds are made in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the requirements of Ukrainian law.

3. When a Refund Is Possible

A refund is possible in the following cases:

The detailed procedure for calculating the number of sessions conducted and used, as well as examples of refund amount calculations, are set out in the Terms of Service. Refund requests are reviewed individually; making a request does not by itself guarantee a refund.

The refund amount cannot be less than zero or more than the price of the Package. The payment service fee included in the Package price and paid by the Provider is not deducted from the refund amount. Fees and exchange rate differences separately charged to the Customer by the payment service or their bank are not refundable.

4. Situations Where a Refund Is Not Provided

Unless otherwise required by law or provided for by this Policy, a refund is generally not provided in the following cases:

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To submit a refund request, write to support@ritorika.net.

Please include in your request:

6. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it is made using the same method used for payment, unless otherwise provided by the rules of the payment service or the requirements of Ukrainian law. The actual time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the payment service and the Customer's bank and is usually a few business days after the refund is approved.

7. Disputed Payments and Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@ritorika.net so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the provision of Services may be temporarily suspended while the matter is being reviewed, where permitted by law.

8. Account Deletion and Refunds

Deleting an account is a separate action from requesting a refund and is not by itself a basis for a refund. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, we recommend submitting a request before or instead of deleting your account, as deletion may make it more difficult to verify your order history.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits the rights provided for by Ukrainian consumer protection law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this Refund Policy. Material changes are communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, if necessary, in another available manner. Continued use of the Website after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contact Information

The Provider operates as a sole proprietor registered in accordance with the law of Ukraine.
